  • Ingredients

    • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    • 1/8 teaspoon seasoned salt
    • 1 pound fully fried EH pork sausage, cut into 3/4-inch slices or Elephant House Pawkies

    • 4 cherry tomatoes, cut into 1-1/2-inch cubes
    • 2 cups cubed courgettes – yellow and green
    • ½ cup of largely chopped onion
  • Preparation & Cooking

    Step 1 

    In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first five ingredients and add the sausages. Seal bag and turn to coat and refrigerate for 1 hour

    Step 2

    Drain and discard marinade

    Step 3

    On metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread onion, tomato, and sausage 

    Step 4

    Grill, covered, over medium heat 10-15 minutes or until sausage juices run clear, turning frequently. Serve with ranch dressing.
