Step 1
Defrost and slice elephant house chicken sausages.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan and add diced garlic, sliced sausages and fry till the sausages are golden brown.
Step 3
Add onion, cinnamon, curry leaves, rampe, capsicum to the pan and fry lightly.
Step 4
Add chutney, pineapple, chili flakes, chili pieces, tomatoes, salt, sugar, soy sauce, tomato sauce to the pan and fry lightly.
Step 5
Serve on to a plate and garnish with coriander.
