We recently entered into an agreement with the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM), the national body for marketing, signing an MOU for an exclusive training programme to enhance the skills of KFP sales professionals. The tailor-made package named as ‘Sales Warriors Programme’ is intended to up-skill KFP sales staff towards exceptional performance.
An outbound training programme was conducted for the operations team in commandor regiment – Ganemulla. It was a one-day residential programme comprised of team building and fun activities. Debriefings were given at the end of each activity and potential leaders were identified based on the assessments made at the programme.
